Dispute resolution

I am not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not do so.
Content provided by users
Presentations are created by the respective facilitators. In a session, participants enter answers, terms, short texts, questions and proposals for action items anonymously, without a name. This content originates solely from the respective individuals and is not reviewed in advance, either automatically or editorially.
- Moderation: Whoever runs a session can hide free texts and questions at any time, before or after they appear on the screen, close the vote and end the session.
- Deletion: All entries of a session are stored only temporarily and are deleted automatically and irrevocably 30 days after the session started.
- Reporting unlawful content: If you notice unlawful content in a session, please write to the email address above or use the contact form, and include the access code of the session and the wording of the content. Reports are reviewed without delay; unlawful content is removed immediately.
Beta phase
Votarium is in beta, like all apps of the ecosystem: it is under active development, features may change and errors are still possible. It is free and operated with care, but without any guarantee of constant availability or freedom from errors. Please report bugs via the contact form.
Notes on use
This service is a free tool for meetings and workshops. It is operated with care but without any guarantee of constant availability, freedom from errors or the permanent retention of presentations, results and minutes. Check minutes, decisions and action items before passing them on or treating them as binding.
- The links are the keys. There are no accounts: anyone who knows a presentation's edit link can change it; whoever has opened a session's presenter view controls it. Only share these links with people you trust with that. A lost edit link cannot be recovered – keep it safe or export the presentation as a template.
- Retention: sessions with their results and minutes are deleted 30 days after they started, presentations 365 days after the last change. Download the minutes (Markdown, CSV or print/PDF) if you want to keep them.
Liability for content
I am responsible for my own content on this website under the general laws (§ 7(1) DDG). Content entered by users is third-party information (§§ 7(2), 10 DDG): there is no obligation to monitor it; unlawful content is removed without delay once I become aware of it. Liability for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or under the German Product Liability Act.
Liability for links
This service may contain links to third-party websites whose content I have no control over. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of linked pages. Should any legal infringements become known, the relevant links will be removed without delay.
Copyright and use
I created the texts and design of this website myself. You are welcome to use the service via this website for your own meetings and workshops. If you would like to reuse or publish content of the website outside this website, please ask briefly beforehand. Content that users enter themselves remains theirs. Where content was not created by me, the rights of third parties are respected.
