Minutes

Create meeting minutes automatically – without an AI service

Votarium writes the minutes during the meeting: agenda with planned and actual times, poll results, decisions, action items with owners and answered questions. At the end you download them as Markdown or CSV or print them as PDF.

No account: you get an edit link that lets you keep editing the presentation on any device.

What the minutes contain

Attendance
Optional: the facilitator keeps an attendee list and marks people present or excused.
Agenda and timings
Every agenda item with planned and actual time.
Results
The results of every poll, scale, word cloud, ranking and matrix.
Decisions
Everything recorded as a decision during the meeting.
Action items
With owner and due date, ordered by the priority the room gave them.
Questions and answers
Answered questions with the noted answer.
Feedback
The star rating of the meeting and comments the facilitator did not hide.

Rule-based instead of AI

The minutes are generated by rules from what actually happened in the meeting. There is no AI summary that leaves things out or makes things up, and no content goes to an external service. The same input always produces the same minutes.

Pass action items on

Copy the action items as a Markdown checklist, download them as CSV for a Jira import, or open the minutes as an e-mail draft. Decisions and action items can also be handed over end-to-end encrypted to Actarium, which tracks commitments until they are done.

Complete them after the meeting

Answers to questions, attendance, decisions and action items can still be added after the end. Save the minutes in time: 30 days after the start the session is deleted with all its data.

How the minutes come together

  1. Set up the agenda

Create agenda items with time budgets and the matching questions in the studio.

  2. Run the meeting

Vote, mark results as decisions, collect action items and fill in owners.

  3. Save the minutes

After the meeting save the minutes as Markdown, CSV or PDF and pass the action items on.
